What is the delivery time?

We understand you would like to receive your item ASAP! The current internal order processing time is one week, because some items may be in stock, others might still be in production. When we hand the package over to the shipment provider, the delivery time is 1-2 business days for The Netherlands and Belgium and up till one week for the rest of Europe. For the rest of the world, this may differ per country. Do you really need your item sooner? Drop us the question at info@savaraintimates.com and your item may be in stock and ready for shipment already! 

 

How do I know if my order is on its way?

You will receive an email as soon as your package is on its way to you. Time to get really exciting!  

 

Can I send my item back?

We're sorry if the item is not what you expected. Within 14 days after delivery, you can send your item back (as long as you have not been wearing it yet, always try the items on top of your current underwear). The return costs are for you. 

 

How do I wash the underwear?

For all items with lace, we highly recommend hand wash for the longest lifespan. However, if you prefer machine washing, do this on 30 degrees Celsius in an underwear bag to protect it from other items. We cannot guarantee the quality of the items when machine washing is used. 

 

What are the shipping costs?

We ship from The Netherlands. Shipping to:

- The Netherlands: standard = 4,95 euro. Free for all orders above 70 euro. 

- Rest of Europe: 12,95 euro. Free for all orders above 150 euro. 

- Rest of the world: 19,95 euro. Free for all orders above 200 euro.

Import duties may apply depending on your country. These additional costs are for you.
