RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hopefully you are happy with your brand new lingerie! We are sorry to hear if that's not the case. No reason to stress, we've made the return process easy and hassle free.
To keep in mind, return costs are for you. However, if you use PayPal, we recommend activating 'Free Returns' on your account as they will cover the costs of your return postage (when you purchase through PayPal). Most of the packages are the size of a letterbox.
Follow these 3 steps:
1. Check the return & exchange requirements
You can return or exchange items 30 days after delivery, no questions asked.
Couple of things to check: The item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it (no make up, deodorant, sweat or anything like that). All hangtags and labels are still attached. Custom sizes cannot be returned.
Want to exchange your item? No problem if the item is still in stock. Do you want some sizing advise first? We're more than happy to help, send us an email at email@example.com.
2. Visit the Return & Exchanges page
Have your email address and order number ready and you're good to go. Fill out the form and request the return or exchange straight away:
3. Pack your return & ship
Once we approved the return, you'll receive a confirmation email and you're ready to pack (re-use original packaging when possible). The return address in in The Netherlands. You can pick and pay the postal service yourself, but we advise to send it with a track & trace code. Once your package is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
