Returns & Exchanges
Hopefully you are happy with your brand new lingerie! If not, no stress because returning is easy. Return costs are for you (we're based in The Netherlands). However, if you use PayPal, we recommend activating 'Free Returns' on your account as they will cover the costs of your return postage (when purchasing through PayPal). Follow these 3 steps.
1. Check the return & exchange requirements
Return/exchange items within 30 days after delivery. The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it (no make up, deodorant, sweat etc.). Hangtags/labels are still attached. Exchange is possible if the size is still in stock. Do you want some sizing advise first? We're more than happy to help, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Fill out the form and request the return/exchange:
3. Pack your return & ship
You'll receive a confirmation email soon with the return instructions. Pick and pay the postal service yourself, but we advise to use track & trace code and insurance in case it gets lost. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days after receiving and inspecting the return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
