Hopefully you are very satisfied with your purchase. Is this not the case? We are sorry to hear that. To be eligible for a return, check the requirements:
- Returns can be done within 14 days after receiving the goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item is in the original packaging.
- Only standard sizes can be returned. Custom sizes cannot be returned.
When returning items, please send an email to email@example.com and we are there to help you. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, this is possible if the item is still in stock.
Our return address is based in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We advise you to send your return with a track & trace code. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Of course we replace items if they are defective or damaged, if we still have this item in stock. Otherwise, we will refund your purchase after receiving the goods back. We will take care of the shipping costs in this case.
