Being naked is a small act of kindness to yourself.

But when confront ourselves with our fears, whether they are small or big, we grow as a person and embrace the vulnerability. 
  • Picking the right cloths and undies: It helps with discovering which parts of your body you really love and which should be accentuated in cloths. When you feel pretty naked and put something on and the feeling disappears, you know enough right?

  • Sleep: Being naked improves the quality of your sleep as it lowers body temperature⁣.
