Our lingerie production at Makers Unite

The lingerie is locally made with love and care in The Netherlands (Summer 2020 collection). We are very happy to have our production partially outsourced to Makers Unite. This great place is located in Amsterdam, working with a highly talented in-house team of newcomer* tailors. At Makers Unite they get the opportunity to contribute and co-create products, in which creativity is used as means of empowerment.

At the same time, programs for creative newcomers are organized in order to help them realize their creative ambitions supporting their path towards the Dutch labour market. We fully align in terms of their ambition to positively impact newcomers, but also the impact on the planet.

We have regular contact in times of production and visit Makers Unite often. The positive energy coming from Makers Unite is really amazing and therefore we gladly support this initiative. For more information, visit their website here.

*The term newcomer refers respectfully to migrants on an asylum seeking, refugee or transitory status.
