Here you'll find everything on taking care of your pieces and making them last as long as possible.
WASHING ADVICE
For lace items, we recommend hand washing (to maintain their quality) by filling a bucket/sink with lukewarm water a mild detergent. Soak the pieces for at least 15 minutes and rinse with clean water. Gently squeeze out any excess water (don't wring).
If you prefer machine washing, we advise a careful program on 30 degrees Celsius. Use a lingerie bag to protect it and close the hooks of bras. We can't guarantee the quality of the items after machine washing.
Items without lace (like the Essential bra, pyjamas) can be machine washed. For protection, put the Essential bra in a lingerie bag and close the hooks. Air dry your items to save the environment and keep them looking best.
REPAIRS & STRAPS
No matter how long you've been wearing your item, we're always trying to extend its lifespan. Therefore, we will repair it for you for free. Send us a message through our contact form so we can arrange this for you.
Are your back straps too loose/tight? Or did you lose some straps in the laundry? As long as they are removable on both sides of the bra, you can request extra smaller/larger closing straps for free (within EU). Send us a message with your request and original order number.
